1. Services Provided Sable Sports Group (“the Company”) provides athletic training, performance coaching. By purchasing our training sessions, digital programs, or products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payments and Fees All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Sable Sports Group to charge the agreed-upon amount for the selected training package or product. All fees are quoted in USD
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Training Services: Refunds for training packages must be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the first session has not yet occurred.
- Cancellations: Training sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If a cancelation is made without 24 hours notice, payment will be due for that session. Monthly training retainers may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Physical Activity Waiver & Limitation of Liability Athletic training involves inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in our programs, you voluntarily assume all risks. Sable Sports Group is not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or health complications sustained during or after athletic activities or following our training recommendations. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any new physical regimen.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

- Payment Data: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

- Provide personalized athletic training and performance management.
- Process your payments and prevent fraud.
- Communicate schedule changes, training tips, and company updates.
3. Data Sharing We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service Providers: Stripe (payments) and WordPress (hosting).
- Legal Necessity: If required by law or to protect the safety of our trainers and clients.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Evaluation Fees: One-time athletic evaluation fees are non-refundable once the evaluation or assessment has been completed.
- Training Packages: Unused sessions in a package expire [e.g., 6 months] from the date of purchase.
- Package Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly training retainer at any time with 30 days’ notice. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unhappy with the quality of a training session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session to discuss a credit toward a future booking.
3. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
